We never take a cut

Get paid. Know where you stand.

Online, at the chair, or in cash. It all lands in one ledger, and the numbers do themselves. Stripe's rates, no markup from us.

§ 01 · whose money

§ whose money

It's your Stripe account. Not ours with your name on it.

Money from your clients goes into an account that belongs to you, and Stripe pays you out on Stripe's schedule. We are not in the middle of it. We never hold your takings, we never net anything out, and we can't.

You pay Stripe's processing rate, the same one you'd get going to Stripe directly, and you pay us $29 a month. That's the entire commercial relationship. Nobody here takes a percentage of your day.

§ 02 · taking it

§ online

Paid before they sit down.

Take a deposit when they book, or the whole thing. Put a deposit on the four-hour balayage and leave the blowout alone. The ones who don't turn up have already covered some of the chair they took.

§ in person

Tap, dip, or swipe. Tip on the screen.

An optional countertop reader for the end of the appointment. The tip prompt comes up on the reader, so the client picks it themselves and you're not standing there while they do the maths at you. It knows what they booked, so the amount is already right.

§ everything else

Cash counts too.

Half your day might not go through a card at all. Record cash, Venmo, or Zelle in the same place with a note, so the day's total is the day's actual total and your reporting isn't quietly missing a third of the business.

§ 03 · the numbers

§ the numbers

The few that actually mean something.

Not a dashboard you have to learn. Six numbers that answer the questions you already ask yourself on the drive home.

§ profit, not just revenue

Revenue is flattering. Profit is the truth.

Put your rent, your colour order, and your insurance in once and they keep counting themselves. Then the number on the screen is what you actually kept, not what came through the door. Most software stops at the flattering one.

§ the shape of the week

When you're busy. When you're not.

Your busiest day, your quietest hour, your repeat rate, your average ticket. Enough to know whether to open later on Tuesdays or stop offering the thing nobody books.

Your earnings stay yours.

$29/mo, flat. Stripe's rates, no markup, and we never take a cut of your sales.
