Submit a request →CNL relies on four subprocessors to operate the Service. Each one is bound by contract to use your information only on our behalf. Full details and CCPA categories live in the Privacy Policy §4.2.

A short summary of what you can't do with the Service. The full Acceptable Use Policy lives at Terms §15 and governs.
CNL is not designed for Protected Health Information and will not sign Business Associate Agreements. If you run a medical spa, dental practice, or other HIPAA-covered entity, you can't use the Service to handle PHI. Scheduling info reasonably needed for a beauty appointment (name, contact, the service requested) is not generally PHI. Full details at Terms §21.
