One chair, one book

A calendar that knows your week.

Your services, your hours, your lunch. Clients book the time you actually have, and nobody else can take it.

§ 01 · the promise

§ the promise

No double-booking. Ever.

This is the one that has to be true at 8am on a Saturday, so we didn't build it as a check that runs and hopes.

Most software checks for a clash when it saves, which is fine right up until two people tap Book in the same second. Then it isn't fine, and you find out when they're both standing there.

Your book refuses the overlap at the database itself. Two appointments cannot occupy the same minute of your chair, no matter how the request arrived, how many people tried at once, or how fast. It isn't a warning you can click through. It's a rule that cannot be broken.

You can still deliberately overlap yourself when you want to; that's your call to make. Your clients just can't make it for you.

§ 02 · your day

§ three views

Same book, however you think.

A running list when you want to know who's next. An hour-by-hour grid when you want to see the gaps. The month when someone asks if you're free the week of the 20th. Colour tells you the status without reading a word.

§ services

Priced and timed the way you work.

Each service carries its own duration and price, so the calendar blocks the right amount of time by itself. Add-ons ride along with the main service. Ask for a deposit on the long ones and let the short ones through.

Balayage150 min · deposit $50$210
Cut & Style45 min · no deposit$65
Deep Conditioning20 min · add-on

§ hours

Your hours. Your lunch. Your day off.

Set when you're open and availability comes from that, automatically. Take a Thursday off for a class and the day closes itself. Nobody is offered a slot you were never going to work.

Mon – Wed9:00 – 17:00
Thu – Fri9:00 – 19:00

§ changes

They move it themselves.

Every confirmation carries a link to reschedule or cancel, inside the rules you set. The book updates, the slot reopens, and you find out in the morning instead of at 11pm. The ones who need to reach you still can.

§ walk-ins

The ones who never booked.

Someone sits down who isn't in the book. Pick the service or type an amount, take the payment, and get on with it. Attach them to a client record if you want them remembered, or don't.
